প্রিয় বন্ধুরা,
Inverter যে সব parameter setting করতে হয় এবং তা যেসব বিষয়ের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
1. machine এর application এর উপর।
2. vfd এর voltage, motor kw, motor rated amp, load এর peak current.
3. Alarm conditioning monitoring, fault status, fault selection for fault relay.
4. Trip current.
5. Acceleration and deacceleration time.
6. motor pole number.
7. Line frequency setting.
8. Motor highest frequency & lowest frequency setting.
9. Brake system যদি থাকে।
10. Control method ( keypad on off, communication cable)
11. Motor speed control ( keypad, potentiometer internal & external)
12. Motor bus system এ চলে তাহলে bus address.
13. একবার motor কে auto tuning এ tune করতে হবে যাতে vfd motor এর reactance & resistance মাপতে পারে।
